Elias & Valeria’s Easy Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 225 g butter (soft)

  • 225 g sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 375 g flour

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.

  2. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well.

  3. Sift in the flour and stir until a soft dough forms.

  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.

  5. Cut into shapes if you like.

  6. Bake at 160 °C for 12 minutes, until lightly golden.

  7. Cool on a rack and enjoy! 🍪
